This is a freshly rebuilt 1958 283 cubic inch Corvette Fuel Injected engine. CS stamped block for a 1958 Corvette fuel injection, 290 horsepower. Pistons show it's bored .40 over with fresh cross hatching on cylinder walls as seen in photos. The fuel injection intake has casting numbers for a 1957 to 1959 Corvette fuel injection, the tag appears to be incorrect. Cylinder heads are 1958 283 heads with 1.72'' and 1.5'' valves according to casting number and casting date. Original Corvette finned valve covers. We only have what is show in the photos.
